Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
  • A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Electrical components once installed.
  • Special-order or custom items.
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Refrigerants and chemicals (where applicable)

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Contact our support team with your order number.
  • Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or shipped incorrectly.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–7 business days after inspection for refund processing.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery for resolution.
